How long delivery takes
- Parts and accessories: shipped within 1 working day, delivered in 2 to 4 working days across the EU.
- Complete bikes: we check and pack every bike by hand, so they ship within 3 working days and arrive 3 to 5 working days after that.
- Pre-order items: the expected date is shown on the product page and in your order confirmation.
Shipping costs
- Orders over €99: free shipping.
- Orders under €99: €5.95.
- Complete bikes: free, always.
Tracking your order
You get a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel leaves our warehouse. It can take up to 24 hours before the carrier shows the first scan. You can also find the link under "My orders" in your account.
My parcel is late
If the tracking has not moved for 3 working days, contact us with your order number and we will open a trace with the carrier. If a parcel is lost we send a replacement or refund you, your choice.
