What arrives in the box
Every PedalPoint bike ships about 90% assembled. The gears and brakes are set up and tested by our mechanics. You need to do four things:
- Turn and tighten the handlebar (stem bolts, 5 to 6 Nm).
- Fit the front wheel (thru-axle or quick release) and check the brake disc sits between the pads.
- Screw in the pedals. Right pedal turns clockwise, left pedal turns anticlockwise (it is marked L and R).
- Insert the seatpost and set your saddle height.
This takes 20 to 30 minutes. The box includes a multi-tool and a printed guide with pictures. There is also an assembly video on each bike's product page.
Tyres
Pump the tyres to the pressure printed on the sidewall before the first ride. They are shipped soft on purpose.

Within the first 3 months you can get a free safety check at any of our partner workshops. Find the nearest one on the "Partner workshops" page and show your order confirmation.
Not confident?
Choose "Assembled delivery" at checkout (€49) and a mechanic delivers the bike ready to ride, in most cities.
