What is covered
- Frames and rigid forks: 5 years against manufacturing defects.
- Parts and components: 2 years.
- Paint and decals: 1 year.
What is not covered
Normal wear (brake pads, tyres, chains, cassettes, bearings), crash damage, damage from wrong assembly or poor maintenance, and modifications.
How to make a claim
- Contact us with your order number, a description of the problem and clear photos or a short video.
- We reply within 2 working days. Often we can approve it from the photos.
- For approved claims we send a replacement part, or arrange collection of the bike if it needs to come back. Shipping is on us.
Warranty for second owners
The warranty belongs to the first buyer and does not transfer if the bike is sold on.
