30 days to change your mind

You can return any item within 30 days of delivery. Parts must be unused and in the original packaging. Bikes can be test-ridden indoors but must not show wear, dirt or scratches.

Size exchanges

We offer free size exchanges on bikes within 30 days of delivery.

• We book a free courier to collect the original bike — please pack it in the original box.
• The replacement bike ships as soon as the courier scans the pickup, so you don’t have to wait for the new size.
• Test rides are allowed as long as the bike shows no wear, dirt or scratches.
• If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can change the size on the existing order without placing a new order.

How to return

1. Go to "My orders" in your account and click Return items, or contact us with your order number.
2. Print the return label we email you. Returns cost a flat €6.95 for parts, which we deduct from the refund. Bike returns are free, we book a courier to collect it.
3. Pack the item well, ideally in the box it came in, and drop it at any parcel point.

When you get your money

We refund within 14 days of the parcel arriving at our warehouse, to the payment method you used. Klarna orders are refunded through Klarna, which updates your invoice.

Items we cannot take back

Opened tubes, sealant, chain lube, mounted tyres, cut cables and personalised items. Fitted parts with tool marks also cannot be returned.
